Day 4 : Thursday

We were sad to leave our host families this morning. We spent amazing days with them and they all said we made a great effort to communicate every day and we were well-mannered. So our teachers were proud of us !

The coach driver took us to London. We walked around Westminster and saw Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Then we saw 10, Downing street (the Prime Minister’s residence) and the horse guards before going to Buckingham Palace. We walked across St James’s Park and saw squirrels.
After that, we went to Trafalgar square and to Covent Garden to have lunch. We had free time to shop for souvenirs.

In the afternoon, we walked through Chinatown on the way to the British Museum where we saw the famous Rosetta Stone and the Lewis Chessmen.

We walked back to Leicester square and had free time at the M&Ms Store and the Lego store.

Finally, we had fish and chips / ice cream near Trafalgar square before going on a "London by Night" Tour explained by Rémy.

We would like to thank our fantastic teachers and Rémy our excellent guide, as well as Bruno, our coach driver.

The end !
